Shynybayev Saut, the vice general manager of Sino-Kazakhstan Logistics Company based in Lianyungang, has earned the respect from all employees with his rigorous work attitude and selfless spirit.
Saut was appointed by Kazakh State Railway Company delegation, served as deputy general manager of Lianyungang Sino-Kazakhstan Logistics Company.
On September 7, 2013, Lianyungang and Kazakh Kazakh State Railway Company signed a passage and cargo transit logistics base cooperation agreement. After that, the construction of the Phase 1 project of the logistic base began. Saut was highly concerned about the progress of railway line construction and has been to the construction site many times to communicate with project management staff. In less than two and a half months, the railway line construction was successfully completed.
During the 2015 Spring Festival, Saut stayed in Lianyungang in order to ensure the smooth operation of the first logistics line between Lianyungang and Kazakhstan. Saut contributed to the successful operation of the smooth operation of the first logistics line between Lianyungang and Kazakhstan and the Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov’s visit to Lianyungang.
Saut says that Lianyungang is his second home. The sea here makes him love the city; the land here has witnessed his sweat!
