As the first green building demonstrative area in China, the zone now boasts a green area of more than 1,500 hectares with the green coverage ratio of 53 percent, achieving the natural carbon-oxygen balance.
Some key projects, including the zone’s sports center, administrative center, library, art gallery, cultural center, planning hall and theater, are already up and running.
