CPPCC members from Jiangsu attending the first session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee held sub-group deliberations Wednesday to examine the Report on the Work of the Government" delivered by Premier Li Keqiang. During the discussions, the CPPCC members said that it is of great significance to uplift the theoretical and practical innovations made by the party and the people in practice and the results of the system innovation to the provisions of the Constitution, and to give full play to the importance of making the constitution better adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It will be conducive to promoting a more unified thinking and more vigorous action among all the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country. It will help implement the strategic thinking and work arrangements of the Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the decisions and deployment of the 19th CPC National Congress so as to create a new situation for the development cause of the party and the nation.
