The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Commerce has launched the WeChat and Alipay electronic business licenses in Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Suqian, and Lianyungang, which are the first of its kind in the country. Legal representatives of enterprises can download electronic business licenses from WeChat, Alipay, or the "Jiangsu Mobile Commerce and Industry Communication" app. The electronic business licenses can be widely used nationwide for various business scenarios such as bank account opening, corporate annual report, and online tax filing.
