A friendly boxing match was carried out between a delegation from Yaroslavl, Russia and a boxing team from Qingliangshan Sports School Thursday morning.
Including three rounds, this whole match was divided into men’s 60 kg, 64 kg and 69 kg. Three boxing students from Yaroslavl participated in this match, fighting three students from Qinglingshan Sports School. All belonging to the lightweight division of boxing, these teenagers from two cultures practiced their skills and deepened their understanding through this sport event.
Invited by Nanjing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Qingliangshan Sports School, Yaroslavl delegation has a one-week tour to Nanjing, visiting Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum, Confucius Temple and other scenic spots to have a bite of Nanjing. Becoming sister cities in 2012, Yaroslavl and Nanjing share good relations with the focus on sports exchanges between teenagers.
