Wuxi Plum Garden
February and March are the ideal time to admire plum blossoms in Wuxi city. Wuxi residents are used to visiting the city's Plum Garden to enjoy the beautiful and fragrant flowers of late winter.
The garden has 400 species of plum trees on the mountain and more than 10,000 plum trees throughout the garden.
The annual plum blossom festival runs from Feb 4 to March 25, featuring a series of plum-themed exhibitions and cultural exchange activities.
This year’s festival tea party will offer a variety of tea ceremonies, giving visitors the chance to learn about the different and fascinating tea cultures.

The annual Wuxi International Cherry Blossom Festival is running from March 1 to May 1 this year.
The festival's main attractions each year are 30,000 cherry trees on Turtle Head Isle, known as the paradise of cherry blossoms, with the first batch now in full bloom.
Tourists can not only enjoy the beautiful and unique scenery during the daytime but also at night. Colorful glowing lights will be on the cherry blossoms in the evening from March 22 to April 7. Visitors can also enjoy a series of activities such as a dance show on March 10, a night running event on March 22 and a cosplay performance on March 23-24.

Huishan Ancient Town
Huishan Ancient Town will host the first Huashen Festival this March in celebration of flower blooming, a tradition from the Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220).
The festival's main attractions will be all kinds of flowers, featuring a series of folk activities including a Han costume show, Han culture experience and Chinese tea performance.
Visitors can also write their wishes on cards and hang them on the tree in the ancient town, welcoming the spring and hoping for peace, happiness and prosperity in the future.
Time: every Saturday and Sunday 9:30, 13:30, 14:30 from March 8 to 31
