本期嘉宾：Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut 德国巴登符腾堡州经济、劳工与住建部部长
2019年是江苏省和德国巴登符腾堡州缔结友好省州关系25周年。早在1986年，德国巴登符腾堡州就在江苏南京设立了代表处，双方也建立了由经济部门和工商界代表组成的经济技术合作混合小组工作会议（简称“混委会”）机制。多年以来，两地合作稳步推进，硕果累累。
今年，巴符州经济、劳工与住建部部长Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut（克劳特）率领超过百人的代表团到访南京，来寻求两省州之间各个领域的深度合作。
《环球视野看江苏——TOP TALK》第一期，邀请到克劳特女士，谈一谈江苏省与巴符州的深厚友谊和对未来合作的美好愿景。

江苏省对知识产权的重视和保护深受德资企业青睐
1986年，巴符州率先在南京设立代表处。次年，江苏省在巴符州首府斯图加特设立代表处。克劳特说，在南京设立代表处，正是由于两地之间工业具有互补性。
In 1986, Baden-Württemberg established a representative office in Nanjing. A year later, Jiangsu Province established a representative office in Stuttgart, the capital city of Baden-Württemberg. The choice of Nanjing, according to Hoffmeister-Kraut, Baden-Württemberg’s Minister of Economy, Labor and Housing, was due to the complementarity of industry between the two places.
克劳特对记者说：“南京及其周边历来是中国工业最密集的地区之一。”巴符州在汽车配件、机械制造和设备制造领域是强项，所以两省州很早就开始合作，并取得了一系列成果。
“Nanjing and its environs used to be one of the most densely-populated industrial zones in China,” Hoffmeister-Kraut said. Baden-Württemberg is strong in auto parts, mechanical manufacturing and equipment manufacturing, so the two provinces began to cooperate very early and made quite some achievements over the years.

克劳特还提到了去年九月份江苏省委副书记、省长吴政隆率团对德国的访问。“我们又签订了一个新的协议，更加巩固和改善了德资企业在江苏省的投资条件。”她说，协议中特别提到对知识产权保护的重视，是德方投资者非常重视并且表示赞赏的地方。
She also mentioned Governor Wu Zhenglong’s visit to Germany last September. “We have signed a new agreement to further consolidate and improve the investment conditions of German-funded enterprises in Jiangsu province.” She said that the agreement mentioned the importance of protecting intellectual property rights, which was something that German investors attached great importance to and expressed appreciation for.
中国市场会更有活力地发展
“中国的市场对德国，特别是巴符州来说，是至关重要的。”克劳特这样评价中国的市场。她说，对于巴符州来说，中国是重要的出口对象，也是非常重要的合作伙伴。
“China’s market is crucial for Germany, especially for Baden-Württemberg.” This is what Hoffmeister-Kraut said about China’s market. She said that China is an important export country and a very important partner for Baden-Württemberg.
“今年我来到中国，希望了解中国企业的技术水平。”克劳特说她会格外关注几个重点方向，比如说汽车与汽车配件业、人工智能、环保技术、新能源等。
“This time, we would like to know the technical level of the Chinese enterprises.” Hoffmeister-Kraut said she would focus on some key areas, such as automobiles and auto parts, artificial intelligence, environmental protection, and new energy.
在谈到对中国市场未来的看法时，克劳特认为，中国市场将会更加有活力地发展，同时她也希望在未来巴符州能在更多领域同中国进行更加紧密的合作。
Speaking about the future of China’s market, Hoffmeister-Kraut believes that the Chinese market will develop more vigorously, and she hopes to work more closely with China in more areas in the future.
祝愿两地友好关系迈入“新时代”
“首先我要真诚祝贺中华人民共和国成立70周年。”克劳特说，“我也非常尊敬和热爱江苏以及这里的人民。我希望两省州之间的友谊能够继续下去，并愈发深厚。”
“Let me begin by sincerely congratulating the People's Republic of China on its 70th birthday.” Hoffmeister-Kraut sends her blessings on the 70th anniversary of the founding of PRC. “I also respect and love Jiangsu and its people very much. I hope that the friendship between the two provinces will continue and grow.”
