Zhangjiagang-based Zhongtian Precision Molding Co, signed a deal with Amtech, an industrial equipment company in Kunshan, Jiangsu province and Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology on June 16 to jointly build the National Accredited Testing Laboratory.
According to the agreement, the lab with a total investment of 30 million yuan ($4.3 million) will help offer product testing reports and personnel training for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The lab will promote products research and development, testing and improvement of Zhangtian Co to further enhance the quality of products.
It also benefits graduate students from Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology with offering operating posts.
Zhongtian Precision Molding Co focuses on precision mold manufacturing and plastic products research and production and has won a product design award in Germany for its smart toilet in 2017.
The company will beef up support for research and innovation and pay more attention in talent training to develop into a world-class company, said Zhi Haibo, the president of Zhongtian.
