100 painting works by renowned Chinese painters were put up for show at an exhibition held Monday in Nanjing.
The event is sponsored by the provincial department of publicity and the China Artists Association. Wang Yanwen, standing member of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and director of the publicity department, attended the unveiling ceremony. The 100 painting works are of the Chinese painting style. They are solicited out of 5656 entries after a qualifying round across the country. The China Artists Association and the Jiangsu Federation of Literary Circles signed a cooperative contract on further exhibition of 100 painting works from 2020 to 2024.
