The Provincial Committee of CPPCC has launched an inspection tour on the ecological protection along the Yangtze River. Huang Lixin, chairwoman of the Provincial Committee of CPPCC, joined in the inspection tour in Zhenjiang and Nanjing.
During her inspection tour to the Shiye Island, the new materials industrial park of the Zhenjiang New Area and Jiangsu Sopo Co. Ltd., Huang Lixin urged to promote enterprise transformation and green development of the industrial park.
When going on the inspection tour in Nanjing, she stressed the importance of regulating production safety and environmental overhaul.
At a seminar held in Nanjing on Monday, Huang Lixin demanded more efforts to promote and optimize industrial restructuring by following General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and the requirements of the CPC Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government on the development of the Yangtze River.
Production safety and ecological protection is the bottom line for us to promote the eco-friendly environment and green development for the goal of building a new Jiangsu, she reiterated.
Zhou Jianmin, Yan Li, Wang Rongping, Vice Chairpersons of the Provincial Committee of the CPPCCC, went on inspection tours to Nantong, Yangzhou, Wuxi, Taizhou, Suzhou, and Changzhou.
