A chartered plane carrying 135 migrant workers from the Kirgiz ethnic group arrived at Wuxi Sunan Shuofang International Airport Feb 26.
Coming from Aheqi county, in West China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region which bordering on Kyrgyzstan, half of the workers have been employed at electric vehicle manufacturer Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle Co in Wuxi's Xishan district.

To enable them to return to their jobs after the Lunar New Year holiday, which was extended due to the coronavirus outbreak, Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle cooperated with the local government in Wuxi and Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to provide the chartered plane in 48 hours.

To ensure the workers' health and safety, Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle will conduct a training course on prevention and control of the epidemic as well as health examinations before the workers resume work.
Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle has provided over 500 jobs for local residents of the Kirgiz ethnic group in Aheqi county.
