视频里这位自弹自唱的俄罗斯大叔名叫叶弗斯捷费耶夫·亚历山大·根纳季耶维奇，他是俄罗斯原子能建设出口公司驻连云港代表处副总代表，作为俄罗斯专家来到江苏连云港田湾核电站工作已经有两年了。
The man singing in the video is Evstefeev Alexander from Russia. He is the Deputy General Representative of the Lianyungang Branch of Rosatom, a Russian state corporation that specializes in nuclear energy. It has been two years since Alexander came to Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province.
两年间，亚历山大参与了田湾核电1-4号机组的建成商运、田湾核电7、8号机组等建造合同的签订，他说，非常骄傲能为象征中俄友谊的田湾核电效力。
疫情发生之时，亚历山大决定留在连云港。他还特别创作了俄语歌曲《中国人民必胜》，表达他与中国人民一起抗击疫情的坚定信心。
During the Covid-19 outbreak, Evstefeev Alexander decided to stay in Lianyungang. He also created a Russian song called Chinese People Must Win to show his determination of fighting against the novel coronavirus with Chinese people.
亚历山大表示，自己的祖父是一名前苏联军人，曾在中国东北的战场上与中国军人并肩作战。如今，在“中俄核能合作典范项目”田湾核电站工作的他，也愿意和中国人民一起，面对这场没有硝烟的“战疫”。
