发展全域旅游是党中央、国务院部署的重点工作任务。6月29日，为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于文化和旅游工作的重要论述特别是全域旅游发展的重要指示精神，总结全省全域旅游示范区创建工作经验做法，分析全域旅游发展形势，在文旅融合的新起点上对示范区创建工作进行再动员、再部署、再推进，江苏省文化和旅游厅组织召开2020年全省全域旅游示范区创建工作会议。
The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism held a work conference on Monday to promote the development of "all-for-one" tourism demonstration zones across the province.

省文化和旅游厅党组书记、厅长杨志纯，中共淮安市委书记、市人大常委会主任蔡丽新，中共淮安市委常委、宣传部长周毅，淮安市人民政府副市长孙虎，中共金湖县委书记张志勇，全省各设区市文化和旅游行政部门主要负责人，全省国家级和省级全域旅游及示范区创建单位负责人参加了会议。
All-for-one tourism is a new planning concept that was first issued in June 2017 by the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA). The idea of "all-for-one" tourism was aimed to cater to the country's growing demand for tourism products and services and facilitate the economic transition.

针对如何深化全域旅游创建工作，省文化和旅游厅党组书记、厅长杨志纯给出四点意见：一要注重理念创新，推动全域旅游创建走向自觉。二要注重示范引领，推动全域旅游创建走在前列。三要注重对标提升，推动全域旅游创建走到实处。四要注重制度建设，推动全域旅游创建走进常态。
杨志纯指出，要坚持新发展理念和高质量发展导向，不断深化改革、强化创新驱动、坚持文旅融合，积极发挥示范引领作用，持续推动全域旅游向纵深发展。
In his speech, Yang Zhichun, Director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, said that we must pay attention to innovation, demonstration, competition and system construction for a more comprehensive development of "all-for-one" tourism.
会上播放了《全域旅游江苏实践》专题片和南京江宁区、溧阳市、盐城大丰区三地创建工作汇报视频，展示了我省创建工作的部分成果，也为各示范区创建单位提供了学习、借鉴的经验和模式。中共淮安市委蔡丽新书记发表了热情洋溢的讲话，她表示，旅游作为眼球经济，既需要美景呈现，更需要智慧创意。淮安将深入实施“水懂我心·自然淮安”全域旅游战略，科学把握旅游经济发展规律，着力提升全域旅游发展质量。
Some of the demonstration zones have been showcased through videos to set examples for other districts and cities to explore their own "all-for-one" tourism models.
"As the economy that relies heavily on your eyes," said Cai Lixin, Secretary of the CPC Huai'an Municipal Committee. "Tourism economy needs both beautiful scenery and smart creation."
会议宣读了我省第二批省级全域旅游示范区名单，南京秦淮区、苏州工业园区、金湖县分别就全域旅游示范区创建工作中的好经验进行了交流分享。
The second batch of provincial "all-for-one" tourism demonstration zones was released on the work conference. So far, Jiangsu has three national "all-for-one" tourism demonstration zones - Nanjing's Jiangning District, Nanjing's Qinhuai District and Xuzhou's Jiawang District, and 23 provincial demonstration zones.
江苏自然风光秀美，历史人文底蕴深厚，在发展全域旅游上具有独特优势。发展全域旅游从理念提出到付诸实践，已历时4年。目前，我省已创成南京江宁区、南京秦淮区、徐州贾汪区3家国家全域旅游示范区，认定23家省级全域旅游示范区。在整体推进、量质齐升的创建态势中，江苏全域旅游不仅更好地推动文旅融合、城乡融合、产业融合、产城融合，而且正在为一个地区经济社会发展转换动能、优化升级提供新引擎新动力。
The idea of "all-for-one" tourism was first mentioned in 2017 in the government work report to cater to the country's growing demand for tourism products and services and facilitate the economic transition. The demonstration zones should have high standards of governance, extensive tourism products and services, and active public participation.
