  “全域旅游看江苏”媒体团,今天带您走近溧阳;且看溧阳如何走出了一条以“龙头驱动,生态创新、城乡融合”为特征的“生态型”全域旅游发展之路。

The reporting team on Jiangsu's all-for-one tourism has now arrived in Liyang, Changzhou, to follow the path taken here that balances tourism development and environmental sustainability.

  2016年以来,溧阳市委、市政府将全域旅游摆上全局工作的重要位置,将其纳入“十三五”发展的“三大工程”,以创建国家全域旅游示范区为抓手,推动单纯的自然“原生态”创新为与生产、生活深度融合的“新生态”,推动“两山”价值转换在溧阳得到完美实现,让生态创新成为溧阳高质量发展的生动名片。

Since 2016, the local government of Liyang has prioritized all-for-one tourism, and included it in the three major projects of the 13th five-year plan. The original "eocological" strategy has also been upgraded and integrated with economy and daily life, which is now a highlight of Liyang.

思路创新作为溧阳发展全域旅游的最明显特征
依托首创的市旅游产业指导委员会,统筹交通、住建、城管等部门资金15亿元以上投向全域旅游开发,设立3000万元旅游业发展专项扶持资金,高效运转促进高位发展。致力推动旅游业向高端休闲经济迈进,制定出台《关于加快推进全域旅游发展的实施意见》《高端休闲经济三年行动计划》等政策文件,旅游大数据平台、游客集散中心、游客服务中心、星级旅游公厕等配套设施全面跟进,加快打造“溧阳旅游2.0版”。

Creative thinking in all-for-one tourism
Liyang's effort in tourism development includes a newly founded guiding committee for tourism industry, more than 1.5 billion RMB investments from multiple departments, as well as a dedicated fund of over 30 million RMB. Various policies and facilities have also been implemented.  

田园生金唤醒乡愁记忆,打造溧阳茶舍品牌
Rural foundation and tea branding

  把乡村作为发展全域旅游的最大基础,在开展两轮村庄环境整治、全面提升2400个自然村村庄环境的基础上,投入8亿元,深入开展“美意田园”建设行动,持之以恒提升全域环境,获评“中国美丽乡村建设示范县”。李家园村获评全国乡村旅游重点村。

  2017年,溧阳市委、市政府出台“溧阳茶舍”发展的实施意见,鼓励发展具有溧阳茶乡特色和地域风情的主题精品民宿产品,吸引了不少年轻人才返乡创业,也进一步拓宽了农旅融合的发展新路,打通了一条“家门口”就业创业、致富增收的溧阳路径。在此基础上,出台评定标准,设计统一标志系统,上线“溧阳茶舍”百度落地页,开发“溧阳茶舍”微信小程序,打造网红打卡点,利用茶叶节暨旅游节、“爱情泼水节”等大型节庆活动,吸引国家和省级主流媒体、网络达人实景打卡。摄制“溧阳茶舍”四季主题宣传片,在学习强国、交汇点、省文旅厅官方抖音号等各大平台对外推广。开发以“溧阳茶舍”为主题的周边产品,设计制作“溧阳茶舍”笔记本,以画册+笔记本的形式对外推广“溧阳茶舍”品牌。“清风朗月·溧阳茶舍”成为溧阳旅游休闲新名片。

Countryside is regarded as the basis of Liyang’s tourism. Featuring tea industry, Liyang's tourism products attracted both talents and travelers. To establish the image as a land of tea, Liyang published uniform visual design regulations and promoted major events both online and offline, together with cultural & creative merchandising.


交通+旅游,彰显全域旅游公共服务创新

  365公里“溧阳1号公路”串珠成链,联结起全市主要的景区景点、220多个乡村旅游点、62个美丽乡村和特色田园乡村,“小农路”做成了“大文章”。  

A unique design of three-color-lines was adopted by Highway 1, making it well-known as "The Rainbow Highway". The highway connects most of Liyang's major attractions, including Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Forest, making the countryside more accessible to tourists, and bringing fortune to local residents.

农业+文化创意,打造农文旅模式

      传统农村风味与城市流行元素结合,碰撞出“圈粉无数”的城乡“混搭风”。坐在团子小姐的店里,恍如置身欧洲复古小屋。庆丰馒头兼团子小姐的掌柜陈莉去年返乡创业。她告诉记者,旅游高峰期,一天能卖出3000个馒头。平日里,线上销售也经常“爆单”。在庆丰村,“田园梦”是一场对农村与城市、人与自然和谐关系的探索。未来,庆丰村将在丰产方内建造一座24米的地标性观景台——“种子塔”。届时登高俯瞰,金色稻海“后浪”奔涌,这片田野又将收获新一年的希望。礼诗圩村紧扣“共享村落,礼诗生活”的发展定位,建设“水乡荷韵”美丽村庄,塑造“荷塘月色”文旅品牌,以“共享村落”、“开心菜园”撬动农旅融合、带动富民增收。
   
Cultural creative branding has been emphasized in Liyang's tourism development. Multiple exceptional IPs were established by villages of Liyang, while local cuisines were welcomed by travelers. In some of the villages, the annual commercial income has increased by over a billion yuan in recent years. Featured cultural icons include lotus flowers, sweet potatoes, traditional opera and on-site farming experience.

       到溧阳,就是一种生活方式,可长居可小憩,可创业可旅游,可挥洒青春可安养晚年。可以相信,溧阳以全域旅游为着力点,融入长三角一体化发展的空间将更为广阔。一句“上有天堂、下有苏杭,出了苏杭、美在溧阳”便是这方动人山水的最好诠释。 

With the diversified lifestyle at Liyang, the city is now comparable to the most attractive cities within the region. Starting from all-for-one tourism, Liyang has set off for the integration into the cohesive development of Yangtze-delta region.
