East China’s Jiangsu province will celebrate China's annual Cultural and Natural Heritage Day which falls on June 12 this year. The Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released Monday in Nanjing this year’s theme-- Cultural Relics Reflecting a Century of Journey to focus on the centenary of founding of the Communist Party of China as well as technological innovation, and cultural relics enriching people’s lives. Jiangsu will launch more than 300 series of cultural events for the event. Local cultural relics departments will ensure appointment-based visits, offline or online cultural relic exhibitions and publicity and education activities in accordance with the latest requirements for epidemic prevention and control. China's first Cultural and Natural Heritage Day was celebrated in June 2017.
