答：禄口机场7月20日发现疫情后，7月21日我们第一时间暂停S1全线运行，实施S7、S9跳站运行，27日又全线暂停了S7、S9运行，并调整、暂停了200余条公交线路，避开禄口机场等高风险地区。
A: After positive cases were detected at Lukou Airport on July 20, on July 21 we suspended the operation of Metro Line S1 and skipped some stations of Metro Line S7 and S9. On July 27, we suspended the operation of the whole lines of Metro Line S7 and S9 and adjusted or suspended the operation of over 200 bus lines to avoid passing through high-risk areas such as Lukou Airport.
从目前疫情情况看，绝大部分新增阳性病例仍分布在江宁地区，当前南京疫情防控正处于紧要关头，还存在外溢扩散风险。“德尔塔”变异毒株传播速度快、病毒载量高等特点远超出大家对以往病毒的既有认知，容不得丝毫麻痹大意。
Judging from the current epidemic situation, most of the new cases are detected in Jiangning area. At a critical moment of the epidemic response, we are still faced with the risk of epidemic spreading. The features of the Delta variant, such as its fast spreading speed and high viral load, far go beyond our knowledge about the virus. So we can’t be more careful about the new variant.
由于地铁、公交等公共交通工具空间密闭、人员聚集、交叉感染风险较大，为切实保障市民们的身体健康和生命安全，决定暂停地铁1号线、3号线在江宁区段的运行。同时，对周边地区疫情风险较大的S8号线暂停方州—金牛湖区段运行。停运只是暂时的，期间地铁公司将组织全面消杀，并根据疫情管控情况为很快重启做好准备。
Given that in the confined space of public transportation such as metros and buses, passengers gather together and are faced with a relatively high risk of cross-infection, we decide to temporarily suspend the operation of Metro Line 1 and Line 3 in Jiangning area and the section from Fangzhou to Jinniu Lake of Metro Line S8 to effectively safeguard health and life of our citizens. During the suspension, Nanjing Metro will organize a complete disinfection of the metros and relevant stations and make preparations for a reopening pending on the dynamics of the epidemic control.

答：鉴于当前疫情防控形势严峻，我们倡导在宁企事业单位积极承担防疫主体责任，及时调整生产计划、工作安排、工作方式，尽可能创造线上远程居家办公条件，实行弹性工作制。
A: In view of the severe situation of the current epidemic prevention and control, we advocate that enterprises and public institutions in Nanjing actively assume their responsibility in the epidemic response, timely adjust production plans, work arrangements, and the way of work, create conditions for employees to work at home, and adopt flexible working time.
对跨区居住、工作确需出行的职工，各单位要切实履行保障职工健康安全的责任，鼓励通过定制公交、包车通勤等方式，实现定人、定车、定线通勤。
For employees who really need to travel across districts to live and work, all enterprises and institutions must earnestly fulfill their responsibilities to ensure health and safety of their employees. We encourage them to adopt customized buses, chartered commuting, and other methods to ensure fixed-people, fixed-vehicle, and fixed-line commuting.
市防疫指挥部之前已通过多种方式号召企业响应疫情防控要求，积极承担社会责任，关心、关爱职工工作生活；号召市民尽可能减少公共交通出行，在保护好自身健康安全的同时，有效阻断病毒的传播扩散。
