The city of Suzhou has released its first ever labor security credit rating evaluation system to ensure that the city will become the prime destination for the migrant workers from around the country.
Workers of Jinmingshan Optoelectronics Wujiang Co., Ltd. are installing and inspecting mechanic parts in the workshop. This large-scale electronic product manufacturer needs to recruit hundreds of workers every year.
According to the labor outsourcing credit evaluation management measures, Suzhou divides labor outsourcing agencies into three credit levels: A, B, and C in accordance with their qualifications, employment status, and performance of social responsibility assessment.
Among the 4389 labor outsourcing agencies in the city, Suzhou has rated 80 A-level credit outstanding agencies, 3087 B-level credit qualified agencies, and 1,222 C-level agencies which means that they have fallen short of the standards.
