On September 1, Huai'an vehicle driving training industry and Fenghuang Aviation Ground Services Co. Ltd. fully resumed operation. So far, all 185 road transport service enterprises in Huai'an have resumed work, including 148 driving training schools, 10 passenger transport stations and 27 passenger transport enterprises, with a 100% resumption rate.
The city's traffic law enforcement department has established a regular mechanism for prevention and control of the epidemic, formulated relevant schemes and emergency plans, and set up a leading group. The post responsibility system has been established, clarifying the persons responsible for prevention and control, temperature measurement (registration) as well as disinfection of vehicles and sites, respectively. Additionally, the department has implemented the registration work of standing books. It will also regularly arrange field verification by law enforcement officers to ensure that the epidemic prevention and control is carried out in details, and the resumption of work and production in a safe and orderly manner.
