East China’s Jiangsu province has made unremitting efforts to promote the innovation of the time-honored brands by inheriting intangible cultural heritage and promoting traditional culture.
A grain of rice can be turned into a drop of vinegar after more than 40 processes in 70 days. A time-honored brand, after 181 years of inheritance and innovation of excellence, it has created the largest vinegar company in China today-Hengshun.
What is being packaged on an automated assembly line is a new product developed and launched by Hengshun this year-oil vinegar juice which allows people with no cooking experience to quickly prepare delicious dishes.
Putting up for sale on the market for more than four months, oil vinegar juice has generated nearly 10 million yuan in sales.
