In the future, anyone calling the 12345 hotline will no longer need to select services through buttons or smart voice, but will directly connect with the operator, who will directly provide convenient and accurate hotline services. This measure, which has taken the lead in the country, will improve service efficiency and quality by solving the problems of cumbersome procedures, inconvenient caller selection, increased waiting time, and poor service experience that existed in voice navigation in the past.
