Located in the southwest of Suzhou’s downtown area, the Tiger Hill Wetland Park is designed to act as the city’s “urban green lung” -- an area made up of eight function areas and 40 scenic spots, which meets the increasing demand from local residents for green space. The park has a total planning area of 873 hectares, 736 of which will serve as the sightseeing area, and up to 571 hectares of area will be free to visit.
