The project of Huai'an Grand Canal Baili Landscape Gallery got started on the morning of January 6, 2022.
Since last year, Huai'an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have been systematically planning and implementing this leading project, by seizing strategic opportunities, practicing the new development concept and reshaping the dream of urban rejuvenation. It basically covers the whole Huai'an area.
6 sub-projects start construction this year, including China Water Conservancy Science and Technology Museum. It is expected that 3.7 billion yuan will be invested in 2022, and more than 15 billion yuan in total. With fundamental, iconic and leading features, these projects cover the integration of culture and tourism, rural revitalization, urban renewal, industrial transformation, infrastructure and many other aspects.
