① Legal representative
Legal representatives should go to the service window in person, scan the QR code that the window staffers provide to them via mobile App, WeChat mini program or Alipay mini program, and enter relevant information (name, identity card number, mobile phone number).
After going over the information of the market entity, the representatives can enter the mobile phone number to receive the SMS code. The picture of the license will be shown after download and the default password is 123456.
② Entrusted representative
The entrusted representative should file an application with the authorities; staffers of the service window will send the QR code for the digital business license to the email box listed in the Confirmation of Downloading Digital Business License, so that the legal representative can download the license remotely.

To download the license, the legal representative or head of the organization should click on the link included in the email and enter the unified social credit code, identity card number to complete the verification; then they can scan the QR code via digital business license mobile App and enter name and identity card number to download the digital license.
