During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Jiangsu will focus on 10 aspects including theoretical arming, public opinion guidance, spiritual civilization construction, and literary and artistic creation and production.
Jiangsu will also pilot the creation of a national civilized model city to ensure that all prefecture-level cities and more than 60% of counties or county-level cities become national civilized cities, and each prefecture-level city has at least one county-level national civilized city.
Efforts will be made to ensure that the theoretical system is more complete, the working mechanism for adhering to the correct orientation of public opinion guidance is more complete, and the core socialist values are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
Jiangsu will continue to improve the guidance and incentive mechanism for the production and dissemination of literary and artistic creations, fully implement the people's cultural rights protection system, continuously improve the modern cultural industry system and market system, and basically form an excellent traditional culture inheritance and development system.
Efforts will be made to improve the all-round, multi-level, and wide-ranging external publicity pattern, continue to promote the reform of the cultural system, and further improve the training and introduction mechanism for cultural talents, and the team structure.
According to the goal of literary and artistic creation and production during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Jiangsu will create and publish 10 literary works of national influence, launch more than 25 original stage quality plays, and more than 50 quality theme publications, and produce more influential ones and produce more than 50 influential films and more than 100 excellent TV series and documentaries.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Jiangsu will cultivate 20 cultural enterprises in the tens of billions and 200 in the billions, and the number of cultural enterprises above designated size will exceed 10 thousand.
