The "Administrative Measures for the Mutual Recognition of Medical Institutions' Diagnosis and Test Results" will come into force on March 1.
According to the "Measures", medical institutions in Jiangsu will follow the principles of quality and safety as the bottom line, quality control as the premise by taking into account reducing the medical expenditures on the part of the patients to meet the needs of diagnosis and treatment, take the judgment of doctors as the standard, and ensure the mutual recognition of medical diagnosis and laboratory results.
The Rules for Online Operation of People's Courts will come into force on March 1.
With the consent of the parties, civil litigation activities can be conducted online through the information network, which has the same legal effect as offline litigation activities.
The parties and their agents can transfer litigation, mediation and other links from online to offline, or from offline to online on lawful, voluntary and reasonable basis.
