Between 00:00 and 24:00 of March 11, 20 new local confirmed cases were registered (by Lianyungang and now under isolated treatment at designated hospitals), and 13 new local asymptomatic carriers were reported (12 by Lianyungang, and one by Yangzhou during routine investigation on the enclosed area of confirmed cases from outside Jiangsu, and all under medical observation at designated hospitals) in Jiangsu. Two inbound asymptomatic carriers were reported. Six cases were discharged from hospitals (four local and two inbound). Four inbound asymptomatic carriers were released from medical observation.
At present, 148 confirmed cases (123 local and 25 inbound) are under isolated treatment at designated hospitals, and 65 asymptomatic carriers (50 local and 15 inbound) are under isolated medical observation.

Recently, the omicron variant had been reported in many countries and regions around the globe, with confirmed cases infected by the strain reported in China. Compared with the delta variant, the omicron variant is more transmissible and harder to be detected, posing greater challenges to its prevention and control. Everyone bears the primary responsibility for their own health and needs to continue with protective measures. Avoid unnecessary trips to overseas areas, medium and high-risk regions and regions with locally confirmed cases, and reduce travel to other provinces or regions.
1. Please provide needed information in time and support COVID-19 prevention and control measures. Those from areas with locally confirmed cases, those whose travel histories overlap those of the newly confirmed cases or asymptomatic carriers in particular, should inform their employers, communities (villages) or hotels, and cooperate in providing information and conducting nucleic acid tests and isolated medical observation. 2. Seek inoculation. Inoculation is the most effective way against COVID-19, and helps build herd immunity, mitigate the pandemic’s impacts and end its spread, thus protecting your and your family’s health. People in high-risk situations are advised to get the booster jab in time.
3. Maintain routine prevention and control. Keep the mask on, especially in crowded places with poor ventilation, as winter brings about higher incidence of respiratory infections. Please cooperate in checking body temperature and keep a one-meter distance away from others when you are in public areas such as malls, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and sport stadiums. 専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである：
この頃、デルタ株より感染力が強く、発見しにくい新型コロナウイルスの新変異株「オミクロン株」が世界的流行を起こしていて、中国国内でも地元確定感染者が発見され、感染予防・抑制が更なるチャレンジに直面している。自分自身の健康の第一の責任者として、個人一人一人は引き続き健康管理を行い、予防対策に協力する必要である。さらに、必須でない限り、海外や、ハイ・ミドルリスク地域と地域内に感染者がいる地域に行かず、省や地域をまたぐ移動を控えること。
一、積極的かつ速やかに報告し、予防・抑制管理に協力すること。最近地域内の感染者が出ている地域への渡航歴や居住歴があった人の場合、特に、新規確定患者または無症状の感染者と移動経路が重なる関係者は、自ら所属する勤務先、コミュニティー（村・組）や宿泊ホテルまで報告し、個人情報の登録、集中隔離と医学的観察及びPCR検査に協力すること。さらに、公式で発表した感染リスク情報、ハイ・ミドルリスク地域の状況等に常に関心を寄せ、デマを信じなく、広げなく、感染症のことに常に気を引き締め、しっかりと予防対策を行い、予防・抑制対策に協力すること。
二、積極的にワクチンを接種すること。ワクチンの接種が新型コロナウイルス感染症予防に最も効果的で、自分自身や家族、又は他人や社会に対しても最良の予防対策である。新型コロナウイルスワクチンの接種を通して高い接種率を維持し、集団免疫を獲得することこそ、拡大を食い止めることが実現できる。個人と社会の健康と安全のために、接種を受ける人はコミュニティか勤務先の手配に従い、接種手順に基づき、時間と順番通りにワクチンの接種を受けること。重点的人を対象に速やかに3回目の接種を行うこと。
三、常態化の予防・抑制措置を維持すること。冬季節は呼吸器感染症が多発する時期であるため、人が集まる場所や密閉空間ではマスクを着用すること。ショッピングモール、レストラン、ホテル、映画館、体育館などの公共の場所では、マスクの着用し、検温・健康コードの確認、1メートルの社交距離などの対策に積極的に協力する。公共交通機関やエレベーターを利用する場合や、病院で受診する場合、発熱や呼吸器感染症の患者さんや、医療・交通・運輸業界などで露出リスクが高い人は、マスクを正しく着用すべきこと。
四、個人の予防意識の強化。こまめな手洗い、マスクの着用、風通し、集会への控え、取り分け箸の使用、分食制などの良い個人衛生習慣を守る。発熱、空咳、倦怠感、鼻詰まり、鼻水、のどの痛み、嗅覚・味覚の低下、結膜炎、筋肉痛、下痢などの症状が出たら、すぐ厳格な手順で受診し、14日間の活動軌跡と接触履歴を知らせる。病院に行く場合、マスクを着用するうえ、公共交通機関の利用を控えること。

3월11일 0-24시 장쑤성에 코로나19 신규 본토 확진자 20명(롄윈강시보고, 지정 병원에서 격리‧치료를 받고 있다)과 신규 본토 무증상 감염자 13명(12명이 롄윈강시에서 보고됐고; 1명이 양저우시에서 보고됐고 외성/시에서 양저우로 돌아온 확진자 소재의 봉쇄 구역 안에 하는 검사를 통해서 발견되었고, 모두 지정 병원에서 격리‧의학적 관찰 를 받고 있다)이 추가된 것으로 나타났고 신규 해외 유입 무증상 감염자 2명이 발생했다. 6명(4명 본토, 해외 유입 2명) 확진 병례는 완치되어 퇴원했고4명의 무증상 감염자 (본토)의 집중격리 및 의학관리가 해제됐다.
현재 지정병원에서 격리 및 치료를 받고 있는 확진 병례는 148명은 있고(본토 123명, 해외 유입 25명) 의하적 관찰을 받고 있는 무증상 감염자는 65명은 있다(본토50명, 해외 유입 15명).
