East China’s Jiangsu province has stepped up the construction of major investment projects and ensured their smooth progress through every possible effort so as to fulfill goals for social and economic development.
On March 8, concrete-pouring on the first T beam of the second bid section of the Yangkou-Lvsigang Railway was finished, marking the start of full-scale construction of the railway with a total investment of about 9.9 billion yuan and a total length of about 85 kilometers.
When official production starts, the construction party will meet the task of prefabricating 4 pieces per day and storing 350 pieces of T beams.

Our initial scale is designed to produce 4 beams per day,and we will expand at the end of the year.By then,we can produce 10 beams per day and store 100 beams to ensure that the railway will open to traffic by the end of 2023.
The Yangkou-Lvsigang Railway will connect the coastal port areas including Yangkou, Tongzhou Bay, Dongzao and Lusi.
Jiangsu is speeding up the construction of the South Yangtze River Intercity Railway, and the construction of 3 km of the 4 km ballast-less track base plate in the first 4 bid sections has been completed.
The construction party is speeding up the construction of the section in Jiangyin and Jintan of the South Yangtze Intercity Railway. Workers are advancing ballastless track construction at full speed at a speed of 200 meters per day.

The deviation between the design elevation and the actual elevation of the rail-bearing groove table should not exceed 2 mm.At present,the error of our ballastless track slab is about 0.2 mm.
The construction party has relocated the communication, electricity, water supply and drainage and gas pipelines of the Jiangyin section of the South Yangtze River Intercity Railway.
The builders have completed the construction of the basic structure of the Jiangyin High-speed Railway Comprehensive Passenger Terminal Station, and the construction of the track-bearing layer and the first-floor column is in progress. The laying of the long rails is expected to start in August to ensure the opening to traffic by the end of the year.
