Suzhou implements “scan-and-enter” in key venues (units)

Starting from March 29, 2022.
2. Methods
Method 1: When entering key venues (units) equipped with devices to scan “Jiangsu Health Code”, such as scenic spots, agricultural markets and government departments, verify your health code via the devices.
Method 2: When entering key venues (units) without devices to scan the health code, such as convenience stores, eateries, buses, taxis and tourist ships, scan the QR code on the doorplate, plate or ship plate via “Su Zhou Dao” (苏周到) mobile app or WeChat to register your information. The elderly and children can register their information via “代他人登记” (register for others) feature. Foreigners and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can complete real-name registration on “Su Zhou Dao” and then scan the QR code.
3. Matters for attention
We call on all residents to actively cooperate with the staff on-site in code scanning and information registration when entering key venues (units). Do not enter if the system shows “you are not allowed to get into public places for now,” and follow corresponding management measures as required. Those who refuse to comply with relevant requirements and thus cause the transmission of the coronavirus will be held accountable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Steps for Method 2
Step 1: Scan QR code
There are two ways to scan the QR code in key venues:
(1) Scan the code via “Scan” (扫一扫) feature in “Su Zhou Dao” or WeChat;
(2) Open “Su Zhou Dao”, tap “重点场所扫码登记” (scan code and register in key venues) on the home page, then tap “扫一扫登记” (scan and register) to scan the QR code.
Step 2: Register information
Those who scan the code via WeChat for the first time need to complete online real-name registration first. Those who scan the code via “Su Zhou Dao” and have already passed identity authentication can scan the code directly without filling out personal information.
Step 3: Verify result
The system shows “you have successfully registered” for green health code holders, and “you are not allowed to get into public places for now” for yellow and red health code holders. The elderly and children can register their information via “代他人登记” (register for others) feature.

A: Your “Jiangsu Health Code” information will be automatically checked in the background after you register your information. The system will show “you have successfully registered” with green background if your health code is green; “you have successfully registered but there is no information on your health code” with gray background if you have not applied for “Jiangsu Health Code” or the system cannot identify your health code information; and “you are not allowed to get into public places for now” if you have yellow or red health code.
