Recently, Huai'an issued a three-year action plan for "Intellectual & Digital Transformation", proposing "three projects" to enhance the momentum of local industrial development.
Firstly, the city will implement the upgrade project of "Intellectual & Digital Transformation" applications. Backbone enterprises are supported to benchmark the industry's leading standards. By the end of 2024, more than 30 Internet benchmarking factories at both provincial and municipal levels will be added, as well as more than 40 intelligent manufacturing workshops (factories). Meanwhile, the city will vigorously carry out the task of "Thousand Enterprises on Cloud" and the integration of informatization and industrialization.
Secondly, Huai'an will launch projects to protect the infrastructure of "Intellectual & Digital Transformation". In details, the construction of secondary nodes of industrial Internet identifier resolution will be accelerated with more enterprises encouraged to access the applications. There should be no less than 3600 secondary node access enterprises throughout the city, with more than 2.4 billion identifier registrations and 2.4 billion identifier resolution.
Thirdly, industry cultivation projects for "Intellectual & Digital Transformation" will be another focus. A number of manufacturing enterprises shall be introduced and cultivated for intelligent equipment and a new generation of digital products. Also, the city will accelerate the development of current digital product manufacturing enterprises and enhance the capacity of Huai'an digital industry. Great emphasis will be put on a number of industrial software development enterprises, information technology service providers and system integration service providers, etc., so as to make local software and information service enterprises better and stronger.
