He asked the whole province to go all out to ensure the supply of production factors, consolidate and upgrade the industrial chain, do everything possible to expand investment, promote consumption, pay close attention to effective investment, promote the continuous recovery of consumption, and expand the supply of inclusive non-essential public services in a diversified manner.
Xu Kunlin demanded further efforts to stabilize foreign trade and foreign investment at all costs, effectively stabilize international market share, continue to unblock trade channels, promote the utilization of foreign capital, stabilize the development of foreign trade and foreign investment, increase the employment rate, reduce the unemployment rate, help groups in special difficulties, strengthen agricultural production, and ensure food supply.
