Suzhou Rail Transit adopts new timetable

Suzhou Rail Transit today made the following adjustments to its service and timetable:

Line 1: Operation is extended from Friday to Sunday.

The last train bound for Zhongnanjie Station and Mudu Station leaves at 23:14 and 23:11 respectively.

Line 2: Operation is extended from Friday to Sunday.

The last train bound for Sangtiandao Station and Qihe Station departs at 23:06 and 22:48 respectively from Friday to Sunday.

Please note that the last train bound for Sangtiandao Station and Qihe Station still departs at 22:26 and 21:52 respectively from Monday to Thursday.

Line 3: Departure intervals are shortened during the rush hour.

Weekday: During the morning rush hour, the train bound for Weiting Station runs at a minimum interval of 5 minutes while the minimum interval of the train bound for Suzhou Xinqu Railway Station is 5 minutes 30 seconds. During the evening rush hour, the trains leave every 5 minutes 30 seconds.

Weekend: The departure interval during the rush hour is shortened by 20 seconds to 5 minutes 30 seconds.

Line 4: Operation is extended from Friday to Sunday, and departure intervals are shortened during the rush hour on weekdays.

Main Line: The last train bound for Tongli Station and Longdaobang Station departs at 23:19 and 22:52 respectively from Friday to Sunday. The train bound for Longdaobang runs at a minimum interval of 3 minutes 20 seconds during the morning rush hour on weekdays; the departure interval during the evening rush hour is shortened to 5 minutes 30 seconds.

Branch Line: The train leaves every 6 minutes during the rush hour on weekdays.

Line 5: Departure intervals are shortened during the rush hour on weekdays.

The train bound for Yangchenghu South Station runs at a minimum interval of 5 minutes during the morning rush hour on weekdays.

Residents in Suzhou can ride rail transit for half-fare on weekends and holidays from July 16 to September 18. The discount will apply to passengers using Suzhou Tong, Suzhou Citizen Card, T-union card , Su-E-Xing and Su Zhou Dao. Single tickets, multi-ride passes, tourism passes or other discount passes will not enjoy 50% off on fares.
