According to the document issued by the General Office of the State Council, Huai'an has broadened the use of housing fund in the first half of 2022. Huai'an Housing Fund Management Center has lowered the threshold of rental withdrawal, increased the amount of rental withdrawal, and simplified the withdrawal procedures and materials, letting the institutional dividend benefit more people.
During the period, over 3.03 billion yuan was withdrawn from the fund in Huai'an, a growth of 5.73% year on year. The withdrawal ratio was 71.96%, higher than the provincial average of 64.24%.
