Since the beginning of this year, Huai'an has continued to deepen the reform of the examination and approval system for engineering construction projects. On the basis of the comprehensive implementation of the reform of "immediate commencement after land acquisition" in 2020, mechanism innovation has promoted the upgrading of services, the acceleration of examination and approval, the improvement of reform and efficiency, boosting the further acceleration of "immediate commencement after land acquisition".
Up to now, 83 projects in Huai'an have been rapidly implemented through "immediate commencement after land acquisition", including 7 projects in 2020, 35 in 2021, and 41 in the first half of 2022. In the first half of this year, Huai'an ranked first in the provincial year-on-year increase in the number of projects "commencing immediately after land acquisition" of major industries, with enterprise satisfaction and sense of gain continuing to improve.
