A very large carrier loaded with 210,000 cubic meters of LNG from Qatar successfully docked at Yancheng Binhai Port on Monday to unload LNG to the Yancheng Green Energy Port of CNOOC, marking the country's largest LNG reserve base officially put into operation.
[voice over] The base has built 10 large LNG storage tanks in the first phase of the project, including four 220,000 m3 tanks and six 270,000 m3 tanks, with a total capacity of 2.5 million m3. The operation of the project is of great significance for the diversification of natural gas supply channels and the peak regulation and supply protection of natural gas reserves in East China.
