Zhenjiang held a large photo exhibition to welcome the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, attracting a large number of citizens.
The photo exhibition is divided into four parts according to the time line, with the theme of “Zhenjiang has a great future” as instructed by General Secretary Xi Jinping when he conducted an inspection tour in Zhenjiang.
From the first large-scale electric irrigation project in New China to the first test-tube cow in China, nearly 400 photos from different periods evoke the memories of the times for viewers of all ages.

An inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage paper-cut in Suyu District of Suqian City spent more than a month creating the paper-cut work “Love for the Canal” to express his deep love for the Party and his joy at the great changes in his hometown.
In Tongzhou District, Nantong City, the newly opened “Exhibition Hall of the Communist Party of China’s Constitution” displayed 51 copies of the Communist Party’s Constitution printed in Chinese, English and Russian in different historical periods, demonstrating the glorious history of the Party.
Xuyi County of Huai’an City continued to perform the “Iron Army Story Show” on the square of the New Fourth Army Headquarters Memorial Hall in Huanghuatang. Through Huangmei Opera, poetry recitation, sitcoms, dance and other programs, the show affectionately told the red stories that had taken place in Xuyi.

The General Office of the Provincial People’s Government held a lecture and reading activity entitled “Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Striving for a New Journey”. Through the theme lecture of “Our Decade” and the theme reading of “My Chinese Dream”, the General Office of the Provincial People’s Government meant to show the efforts to work towards a new chapter of Jiangsu’s modernization.
