Standing at the historical height and at the forefront of the times, the report has a profound insight into the changes in the world, times and history, and comprehensively summarized the fruitful achievements of theoretical innovation, practical innovation and institutional innovation since the 18th CPC National Congress, said Xu.
Xu Kunlin noted that the report scientifically analyzed the new strategic opportunities, strategic tasks, strategic stages, strategic requirements and strategic environment, clearly put forward the basic strategy for the development of the cause of the Party and the country in the next five years and the grand blueprint for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, and clearly announced what banner the Party is holding, what road it is taking, what state of mind it is in, and what goals it is moving towards.
