十年间，全省进出口总额从3.5万亿元增加到5.2万亿元，占全国13.3%。出口结构不断优化，高新技术产品出口比重十年提升了6.64个百分点。在利用外资方面，十年中江苏有8年位居全国第一，其中高新技术产业外商直接投资占比从2012年的13.6%上升到2021年的24.4%。开放型经济呈现出显著的质量提升和结构优化。
