Recently, Huai'an allocated special guide funds for developing influential industrial cities (the second batch) and rewarded subsidies of 148.9372 million yuan to 197 projects in four categories, including technological transformation, R&D input, software and information services, identification and resolution system for the Industrial Internet.
To encourage enterprises to increase their investment, Huai'an optimized the subsidy mode this year, with subsidies offered to the enterprise instead of to its individual project so that enterprises could apply for several projects this year. Allowing enterprises to declare similar support policies at the national, provincial, and municipal levels at the same time not only effectively eliminate the difficulties in policy reading and inconvenience in the declaration but also allows enterprises to get more "real money", further enhancing their senses of identity and gain. The average subsidy for technological transformation projects reached 1.66 million yuan, 1.93 times that of last year, and nine enterprises' subsidies reached five million yuan, the maximum support. The reward and subsidy funds for individual enterprises in R&D input increased from an average of 120,000 yuan last year to 510,000 yuan this year, with nine enterprises receiving more than one million yuan, up to 1.5 million yuan. The benefits and sense of gain of enterprises have been significantly enhanced.
