Patients or their families can log on to the "My Nanjing" App, search and open the "Healthy Jiangning" section, select the nearest community health service center, and click "Internet Hospital" to register for video inquiry.
After the doctor prescribes the medicine, the patient can complete the payment online. At present, the community health service center and community health service station in Jiangning District provide convenience for patients to take medicine.
The Internet Hospital of Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has added the functions of "graphic consultation" and "convenient drug purchase" to publicize COVID-19 epidemic prevention knowledge to the public and provide online free clinic. The hospital also provides online drug purchasing services for patients, and delivers drugs to their homes by express delivery.
Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital took measures against a large number of respiratory patients coming for medical treatment. Since the number of emergency cases per day is more than three times that of ordinary days, the hospital has coordinated all efforts to strengthen offline outpatient services to ensure that emergency cases can be opened 24 hours a day.
At present, 147 Internet hospitals have been built in Jiangsu. Experts suggest that patients should choose their own diagnosis and treatment methods after a reasonable assessment of their condition.
