Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance allocated RMB 1.279 billion from 2023 agriculture-related transfer payment funds under the central government in advance, supporting all local governments to organize the implementation of projects in time, and completing key agricultural tasks assigned by the central government in Jiangsu Province in 2023.
It is learned that the 2023 agricultural special funds allocated this time are mainly for agricultural machinery purchase and application subsidies for modern agriculture development, agricultural resources and ecological protection that includes fallow rotation of cultivated land, comprehensive utilization of crop straws, compulsory immunization for animal epidemic prevention, harmless treatment in breeding, development of equipment and facilities for modern fishery, development of green and circular fishery, conservation of fishery resources and improvement of the capacity in fulfilling agreements, etc.
