The provincial governor asked to invest more medical forces and resources at the grass-roots level, allocate more medical personnel, rescue drugs, equipment and facilities to support the rural areas, strengthen the production and supply of drugs and dynamic reserves, ensure that online and offline drug purchases are unimpeded, and meet the basic drug purchase needs of rural residents.
The provincial governor asked all localities to invest more medical forces and resources at the grass-roots level, allocate more doctors, nurses, drugs, equipment and facilities to support the rural areas, strengthen the production, supply and dynamic storage of drugs, ensure that online and offline drug purchases are unimpeded, and meet the basic drug purchase needs of rural residents.
He asked local hospitals to strengthen health services and medical treatment, speed up the improvement of the rural emergency transport system, give full play to the assistance mechanism between urban and rural hospitals, and timely arrange for patients to go to the nearest hospital.
Xu Kunlin requested that measures be taken to promote epidemic prevention publicity, improve farmers' scientific awareness of COVID-19 infection, enhance their awareness of protection, so as to be the "first responsible person" for health.
On January 10, Xu Kunlin visited Xintu Village, Chenliang Town, Funing County where he inquired about the progress of drug storage, medical treatment and vaccination, and greeted the front-line medical staff.
