安睿史来自德国，在中国工作生活了12年。6年前他定居南京，担任菲特（中国）制药科技有限公司总经理，并于2021年4月起担任中国欧盟商会南京分会董事会主席，多次主持参与欧盟企业与江苏政府部门政策交流会、项目合作对接会等活动，曾获得“南京城市国际化紫金友好使者”称号。
Andreas Risch is from Germany and has worked and lived in China for 12 years. Six years ago, he settled in Nanjing and served as the General Manager of Fette Compacting China. Since April 2021, he has held the post of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Nanjing Chapter. During his tenure, he has presided over and participated in many activities such as Jiangsu government dialogue with European Camber and matchmaking conferences for project cooperation. He has also been awarded the title of "Zijin Friendship Ambassador of Nanjing Urban Internationalization".
作为中国欧盟商会南京分会主席，安睿史高度评价江苏对外资企业的支持力度。“在江苏的所有中国欧盟商会会员企业都享受着这里积极稳定的投资环境，并且在此方面，我们与政府部门保持着畅通良好的沟通。”
