Huai'an has actively promoted faster construction of key projects of ecological environmental infrastructure together with its quality and efficiency this year.
The government of Huai'an issued the 2023 plan for key projects of ecological environmental infrastructure construction on Jan. 20, with a total of 140 projects to be implemented and a total investment of 14.385 billion yuan.
The Pollution Prevention and Control Office of Huai'an issued the Notice on Regularly Reporting the Construction Progress of Key Projects of Ecological Environmental Infrastructure in 2023 to schedule the construction in counties and districts (parks) on Jan. 31.
A meeting was held on Feb. 17 to mobilize and deploy the key projects of central city construction and ecological environmental infrastructure construction in 2023, establishing a special working group and mechanisms such as information scheduling, coordination and liaison, and tracking supervision. Regular consultations were to be organized to find solutions after analyzing the difficulties in project progression.
