China has released 210 billion yuan through preferential policies for enterprises since a special action was started in June last year by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Market Supervision, the National Development and Reform Commission said on Wednesday.
The 210 billion yuan released through preferential policies for enterprises involves transportation and logistics, water, electricity, gas and heating, local finance, finance and some other fields.
During the special rectification period, more than 7700 illegal charges involving enterprises were investigated and dealt with nationwide, totaling more than 5 billion yuan.
The relevant departments have imposed 1745 administrative penalties, 324 joint punishments and 41 exposure cases on the subject of illegal charges according to law.
In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with relevant departments, will closely combine the rectification of illegal charges related to enterprises with the optimization of the business environment, the implementation of the enterprise rescue policy, and the stimulation of market vitality, promote the establishment and improvement of a long-term regulatory mechanism, and continue to increase the investigation and punishment of illegal charges against enterprises.
