  纵目寰宇,连接世界。3月29日在蓉举行的“灵感中国 数字东坡”新视听论坛上,以智能算法为核心的“纵目云”国际传播智能技术平台正式发布,开启人工智能技术与国际传播产业深度融合、赋能市县、行业国际传播能力建设的崭新探索。一系列推动中华文化出海、东坡文化出圈的跨界签约和项目发布,则打开了经贸文化人才交流的更大想象空间。

At "Inspirational China Digital Dongpo" New Audiovisual Forum held in Chengdu on March 29, the "Vertical-eyed Cloud" International Communication Intelligent Technology Platform was officially released, and a great number of contracts and projects aiming at promoting Chinese culture overseas were signed.

  作为第十届中国网络视听大会的重要组成部分,“灵感中国 数字东坡”新视听论坛由中国网络视听节目服务协会指导,四川省广播电视局、四川日报报业集团主办,四川国际传播中心承办,川观新闻、川观智库、《新闻界》协办,邀请到海内外网络视听头部平台和创作机构代表、苏学研究及国际传播领域专家大咖共聚一堂,就“网络视听赋能中华文化传播”交流经验、分享洞见,在传承创新东坡文化中坚定文化自信,助力网络视听行业提升国际传播效能。

The "Inspirational China Digital Dongpo" New Audiovisual Forum was held in the Chengdu Century City New International Convention &Exhibition Center on March 29 as an important part of the 10th China Internet Audio &Video Convention. The forum is hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television, Sichuan Daily Press Group, organized by Sichuan International Communication Center, and co-organized by Chuanguan News, Chuanguan Think Tank, and "Press Circles," under the guidance of the China Netcasting Services Association (CNSA). Representatives of online audiovisual institutes at home and abroad, experts of Su Dongpo studies, and scholars in the field of international communication were invited to share insights on the topic of "Chinese cultural communication empowerment through internet audio-visual media."

  “但愿人长久,千里共婵娟!”论坛刚开始,由全国首位超写实数字人苏东坡带来的光雕秀就吸引了全场目光,随后,数字人苏小妹的客串主持、短视频头部创作者“意公子”的视频亮相,迅速把全场嘉宾带入东坡的世界。

The forum started with an eye-catching project mapping show brought by China's first 3D hyper-realistic digital human Su Dongpo. Then the presence of the digital anchor--digital human Su Xiaomei and a short video of "Yi Gongzi," a popular content creator, led all the guests into the world of Su Dongpo.

  本次论坛以“网络视听赋能中华文化传播”为主题,邀请到国家广电总局发展研究中心国际传播研究所所长朱新梅、咪咕音乐内容运营总监王可舒进行网络视听内容生态主旨分享。案例分享环节,除凭借东坡系列短视频出圈的“意公子”吴敏婕外,原创动画片《少年苏东坡传奇》创作方——功夫动漫股份有限公司高级合伙人、IP智造平台副总裁庄丽霞,纪录片《苏东坡》创作方——湖北广播电视台纪录片部导演张毓雄、获奖精品视频《不孤独的美食家》创作方——四川国际传播中心内容平台部主任邓翔沣、苏东坡数字人制作团队及联合出品方——谛听视界创始人李帆等先后登台分享,如何以网络视听传承创新东坡文化,坚定文化自信,讲好中国故事。

The forum was themed "Chinese cultural communication empowerment through internet audio-visual media." Zhu Xinmei, the director of the National Radio and Television Administration's International Studies Department of the Development Research Center, and Wang Keshu, the content management director of Migu Music, were invited to deliver speeches. Wu Minjie, the content creator and influencer "Yi Gongzi," famous for the short videos featuring Su Dongpo, Zhuang Lixia, the vice president of the IP Intelligent Platform and the senior partner of the Kungfu Animation Group (Kung Fu Animation created the Chinese humanistic super IP animation, "The Legend of Juvenile Su Dongpo"), Zhang Yuxiong, the director of the documentary sector at Hubei Radio and Television Station (creator of the documentary "Su Dongpo"), Deng Xiangfeng, the director of the content sector at Sichuan International Communication Center (creator of the "Non-solitary Gourmet"), as well as Li Fan, the founder of the Beijing Diting Horizon Culture Technology Company (creator of the digital human Su Dongpo), shared their insights on the topic of Chinese cultural communication empowerment through internet audio-visual media.

  圆桌论坛环节,《传媒》杂志社社长兼主编杨驰原,四川大学文学与新闻学院教授、博士生导师、中国苏轼研究学会会长周裕锴,比较文学博士、四川大学外国语学院法语专业教授宁虹,头部MCN机构OST传媒内容总监苟明等嘉宾,分别从文明互鉴与中外融通、东坡文化的时代价值、创新技术推动媒体融合及中华文化“借船出海”等方面,深入探讨了“东坡热”的成因,为网络视听赋能中华文化传播出谋划策。

Guests including Yang Chiyuan, the president and chief editor of the Media magazine, Zhou Yukai, a professor at the College of Literature and Journalism, Sichuan University, and the president of China Society of the Study on Su Shi, Ning Hong, a professor at the College of Foreign Languages, Sichuan University, Gou Ming, the director of the content sector at OST Media, had a roundtable discussion on cultural communication and the social significance of Dongpo culture, providing their insights on the international promotion of Chinese culture in terms of internet audio-visual media.

The "Vertical-eyed Cloud" International Communication Intelligent Technology Platform and Dongpo international communication social media matrix debuted and came into the spotlight.

  以智能算法为核心的“纵目云”,由四川国际传播中心依托四川日报报业集团全媒体技术与传播认知实验室,联合知名高校、新型科研机构研发。“纵目”二字取自三星堆文物——青铜纵目面具,寓意把握融合机遇,以更加智能化、精准化、个性化的国际传播工作,讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音。未来将通过跨界合作方式共建技术平台、共研智能算法,为国际传播能力建设进行技术赋能、平台赋能、内容赋能。

The "Vertical-eyed Cloud" is developed by Sichuan International Communication Center with the support of the Omni-media Technology and Communication Cognition Laboratory of Sichuan Daily Press Group and jointly with well-known universities and new scientific research institutions. Its name, "Vertical-eyed," is taken from a cultural relic of Sanxingdui, "Vertical-eyed Bronze Mask," which means to seize the opportunity of integration, to tell stories about China well and spread China's voice well through more ingenious, accurate, and personalized international communication work. In the future, cross-border cooperation will be adopted to build technology platforms and to jointly research and develop intelligent algorithms to enable technology, media, and content for international communication capacity building.

  同日亮相的东坡国际传播账号矩阵则以国民偶像为符号,以油管、推特、TikTok等海外主流社交及电商平台为舞台。

The Dongpo international communication social media matrix takes the "national idol," Su Dongpo, as a symbol and mainly focuses on overseas social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and other mainstream social and e-commerce platforms.

  其中,“東坡曰く/Dongpo's saying/东坡曰”,以中日英三语为桥梁,以 Twitter 等为舞台,面向海外Z世代创新讲述苏东坡在文学、书法、绘画、烹饪、医药、水利等领域的成就,以有梗有趣接地气的全球超级偶像人设传播中华文化。“Ya Yummy”以川菜为灵感源头,以YouTube频道为舞台,将全世界的吃货紧紧团结在一起。“It's Ruby's Channel”以TikTok等为入口,以“内容+社交+电商”为纽带,携手中国(四川)出口商品世界播直播基地向世界推介东坡背后的四川好物、中国美好,目前已拥有电商带货账号10余个,账号平均粉丝数达50w,视频播放量累计达到6000w。“四川中医药”则致力于传播和发扬中华优秀传统文化,推动构建人类卫生健康共同体……

Based on Twitter and other social media platforms, the account “東坡曰く/Dongpo's saying/东坡曰” aims at introducing Su Dongpo's achievements in literature, calligraphy, painting, cooking, medicine, hydraulic engineering, etc., in Chinese, English, and Japanese to overseas Gen Z groups. "Ya Yummy," based on YouTube, attempts to introduce Sichuan cuisine to the world. "It's Ruby's Channel," based on TikTok, focuses on "content+social contact+e-commerce" and cooperates with the Live Streaming Base of Sichuan Export Commodities promoting Sichuan goods to the world. Presently, the matrix has over ten e-commerce accounts, each with 500,000 followers on average, and the videos received about 60 million views. "Sichuan TCM" promotes traditional Chinese culture to build a global health community.

At the forum, a series of contracts and projects focusing on cultural exchange, economic and trade cooperation, city marketing, talent training, and technology empowerment were released. They will work together to provide academic support and intellectual guarantee for industry-academia research and activities related to Dongpo culture in Sichuan and nationwide, enhance the effectiveness and impact of international communication of Dongpo culture, and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese culture in international communication.

  启航!牵手清华大学发布“国际传播启航计划”

  论坛上,四川国际传播中心宣布与清华大学新闻与传播学院联合发布“国际传播启航计划”,双方将聚焦推进高层次应用型专门人才培养,共建教学实践/专业实践基地。今后将整合优势资源,构建在研究生培养、关键技术研究、科技成果转化等方面的资源共享机制和合作平台。

At the forum, Sichuan International Communication Center released the "International Communication Set-Sail Plan" with the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University, which focuses on promoting the training of high-level specialists and building a teaching practice/professional practice base. In the future, the two parties will integrate their practical resources to construct a resource-sharing mechanism and cooperation platform for postgraduate training, fundamental technology research, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Taking the "International Communication Set-Sail Plan" as a key, the two parties will rely on the top-level university faculty and innovative local practice to develop international communication training programs and provide support and intellectual guarantee. The university's advanced teaching experiment center and the Omni-media Technology and Communication Cognition Laboratory, in which Sichuan International Communication Center takes part, will jointly build a technology platform and research intelligent algorithms to improve the effectiveness of international communication.   当天,由四川省广播电视局组织开展、备受网络视听行业关注的“神秘蜀韵 百部川扬”全球短视频征集大赛现场宣布启动。即日起至7月13日,面向全球征集优秀原创网络短视频、网络纪录片、网络动画片、网络综艺节目、网络剧、网络电影等,安岳石刻、三星堆、东坡文化等四川本土文化主题都是重点征集方向。省广电局将组织专家委员会对征集的作品进行评选,对推选出的作品给予扶持,并在宣推和播出等方面进行大力支持。

On the same day, the "Mysterious Civilization: Sichuan In Camera Lens" global short video contest organized by the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television was launched. From now until July 13, the contest will collect short videos, documentaries, cartoons, variety shows, dramas, and movies worldwide. Anyue grottoes, Sanxingdui, Dongpo culture, and other local cultures of Sichuan are all targeted content. Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television will organize an expert committee to evaluate the collected works and support the selected works in promotion and release.

  为发动中华文化出海领域优秀创作者积极参与,四川国际传播中心以东坡老家——眉山为首站,启动“灵感中国”系列采风活动。30—31日,来自海内外的网文网游网剧、网络视听头部平台优秀创作者,苏学研究、数字文创、国际传播等领域知名专家学者,以及广西等省区市的旗舰级外宣媒体记者,将走进东坡故里眉山寻找灵感。

Sichuan International Communication Center launched a series of "Inspirational China" activities to engage content creators who promote Chinese culture overseas. Meishan, the hometown of Su Dongpo, is the first place to hold the "Inspirational China" event. From March 30 to the 31, creators of online platforms, famous experts and scholars in Su Dongpo studies, digital cultural creation, and international communication, as well as journalists from Guangxi and other provinces and municipalities, will visit Meishan to seek inspiration.

  据了解,参加此次“灵感中国·东坡之旅”采风活动的嘉宾“灵感爆棚”,既有来自腾讯游戏、维塔士、优酷、咪咕文化、中华书局等头部平台机构的优秀创作者,又有来自中国外文局解读中国工作室、《传媒》杂志社、华中科技大学新闻与信息传播学院的学界业界大咖。接下来的两天,他们将在东坡故里追寻东坡足迹,品悟苏门家风,感受古今繁华,邂逅漫天流萤,在灵感碰撞和文化交流中,推动东坡文化、中华文化走出去。

The guests participating in the "Inspirational China Dongpo's Journey" are "bursting with inspiration," including creative creators from Tencent Games, Virtuos, Youku, MIGU Culture Technology, Zhonghua Book Company, and other leading platform institutions, as well as big shots from the China Review Studio, Media Magazine, Journalism and Information Communication School of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In the next two days, they will chase the footprints of Su Dongpo in his hometown, learn the family customs of Su, experience the prosperity of the past and present, and encounter the fireflies. The collision of ideas and cultural exchange will promote Dongpo Culture and Chinese culture abroad.
