By the Huanshan River in Tiger Hill Scenic Spot of Suzhou, boat lady Zhang Xiaomei fixed the wooden boat with a hook while greeting the next group of tourists.
Zhang Xiaomei said that the cruise ships in the scenic area travel back and forth between the North Gate and the South Gate, with a one-way trip lasting about 15 minutes. During the holiday, each of them has to row at least a dozen trips every day. 56-year-old Zhang Xiaomei grew up on a boat and has been rowing for her entire life. This year, the number of tourists is unexpectedly high. For this, Zhang Xiaomei and her husband cooperated, with one rowing and the other helping on the shore.
During holidays, it is inevitable for friends to drink alcohol during gatherings, so designated drivers are kept busy. At 7 pm, near the Wanyuan Shopping Mall in the urban area of Suqian, Chen Chao, a designated driver, received his first order for the night. Chen Chao said that what a designated driver needs to do is to patiently wait, carefully take care of customers, and deliver them home safely.
