A delegation of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government visited Jiangsu on Thursday. The delegation was headed by Xu Qin, Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress, Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Heilongjiang Province.
Xin Changxing, Secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Xu Kunlin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Governor of Jiangsu Province, accompanied the Heilongjiang delegation’s inspection tour and attended a symposium. Lan Shaomin, Chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial CPPCC, and Zhang Yizhen, Chairwoman of the Jiangsu Provincial CPPCC, attended the event.
At the symposium, Xin Changxing said that Jiangsu was in the course of studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, and striving to promote the new practice of the Chinese path to modernization. The visit of the Party and government delegation from Heilongjiang Province to Jiangsu has brought beneficial inspiration and strong assistance to Jiangsu in promoting various work.
Xu Qin said that Jiangsu has achieved a series of significant achievements and created a series of valuable experiences in promoting high-quality development by following General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions, which has deeply impressed and inspired Heilongjiang.
Heilongjiang is willing to work with Jiangsu to thoroughly implement the General Secretary's important speech, fully and accurately implement the new development concept, actively integrate and serve to build a dual circulation system, and solidly promote the new practice of the Chinese path to modernization.
Heilongjiang and Jiangsu will work together to promote high-quality development, strengthen cooperation in fields such as digital economy, high-end equipment, and biomedicine, and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, jointly promote technological innovation, strengthen collaborative research on core technologies, promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and jointly cultivate national strategic scientific and technological strength.
Heilongjiang will also work with Jiangsu to deepen high-level opening up and cooperation, actively explore the markets of the Belt and Road countries, promote the coordination of Northeast Area Revitalization Plan with the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Delta integrated development strategy, and contribute to the smooth domestic and international circulation.
The two provinces will work together to develop modern agriculture, deepen cooperation in agricultural technology innovation, food industry, and other fields, demonstrate greater achievements in building an agricultural powerhouse, work together to strengthen the cultural and tourism industry, and create a new situation of integrated development of culture and tourism.
