795 enterprises in east China’s Jiangsu province have been included in the fifth batch of national-level little giant enterprises, accounting for approximately 22% of the national total, according to a list recently released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Jiangsu ranks first in the country in terms of the number of companies shortlisted and approved. To date, Jiangsu has recorded a total of 1505 "little giant" enterprises, edging forward from the previous fourth place in the country to the second place. In recent years, the industrial and information system in Jiangsu has made every effort to implement the three-year action plan for cultivating specialized, refined, sophisticated and innovative enterprises by accelerating the construction of a high-quality enterprise cultivation system, which has in turn provided greater impetus for the development of little giant enterprises. Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Changzhou, and Nantong are ranked among the top five in the province in terms of the little giant enterprises.
