Fan Changjiang Action, the Jiangsu Journey of Hong Kong’s Media Students was kicked off Wednesday morning in Nanjing. Media students from Hong Kong will be invited to visit Jiangsu as intern journalists to learn about Jiangsu's historical, cultural, and economic and social development achievements.
Zhang Aijun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the Publicity Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, and Li Dahong, Chairman of Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group, attended the launch ceremony and conferred flags on the representatives of the student.
In the next week, an interview group composed of students from Hong Kong and Nanjing will visit Nanjing, Changzhou, Wuxi, Suzhou and Taizhou, inspect Suzhou Industrial Park, and explore the Sunway TaihuLight Supercomputer Lab.
They will also visit some high-tech enterprises to experience the vigorous development of Jiangsu's technology, appreciate the highlights of Jiangsu's economic and social development, and understand the process of rural revitalization in Jiangsu.
At the launch ceremony, Hong Kong students expressed their hope that through this event, they can have a more comprehensive and three-dimensional understanding of Jiangsu, showcasing the modern Jiangsu with words and cameras, and bringing the story back to Hong Kong.
