Relocated villagers return home after flood recedes in China's Tianjin

Over 15,000 relocated villagers from flood-hit areas in north China's Tianjin have returned to their homes as floodwater receded. Power, water and gas supply have been restored and reconstruction of damaged facilities is underway.
